Services, Increased Performance for Hotel's Clients

Swissotel the Bosphorus Istanbul, one of the leading hotels in Turkey, has deployed wireless local area network (WLAN) and Optical Enterprise solutions from Nortel Networks (NYSE:NT)(TSX:NT) to offer its clients value-added communications services and seamless, high-performance wireline and wireless connectivity.

Swissotel's infrastructure, built in partnership with Turk Telekom, uses Nortel Networks WLAN Access Points 2221, WLAN Mobile Adapter 2201, Nortel Networks Passport 8600 and Nortel Networks Baystack Ethernet switches, and is connected to a Turk Telekom backbone using an Optical Enterprise solution.
