One opposing player taking 25 shots will be an unlikely proposition for the Oregon men's basketball team Tuesday.

Unlike Notre Dame and All-America point guard Chris Thomas, who hoisted up 25 field-goal attempts against the Ducks last week, it's a different kind of opponent for Oregon in the semifinals of the National Invitation Tournament at New York's Madison Square Garden on Tuesday night. Michigan, 21-11 this season with wins over Missouri, Oklahoma and Hawaii in the NIT, doesn't have a player averaging more than 13.5 points per game.
