Geneva -- Mr Yoshio Utsumi, Secretary-General of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) announces that the TELECOM Board meeting in Geneva today recommended that final negotiations be conducted with Hong Kong (China) to hold the next ITU TELECOM WORLD event.
