In October, Pelion Systems (Lafayette, CO, 970-890-2800) (www.pelionsystems.com) reported the availability of the Pelion MPO (manufacturing process optimization) software platform for managing the entire transformation life-cycle to demand-driven manufacturing processes, including lean, six sigma and demand flow. The software suite complements existing ERP/MRP and APS systems and is designed to help manufacturers visualize, define, design, implement and sustain best practices.
