It states: "In countries where the dominant health care system is based on allopathic medicine, or where TM has not been incorporated into the national health care system, TM is often termed `complementary,' `alternative,' or `non-conventional' medicine."

The report's definitional foundation is faulty. Allopathic medicine is extinct. Allopathy is a term coined by Samuel Hahnemann (founder of homeopathy) to designate medical practices, such as bloodletting, based on ancient Greek superstitious beliefs about four fluids of the body they called humors.
