Les agences de paiement recoivent et traitent les demandes de financement agricole dans le cadre du Fonds europeen d'orientation et de garantie agricole (FEOGA) et doivent etre etablies conformement aux directives europeennes pour eviter les accusations de mauvaises depenses.
