PLEASANTON, Calif. -- Nellcor, part of Tyco Healthcare, today announced that Barnes-Jewish-Christian HealthCare (BJC), one of the largest nonprofit healthcare organizations in the United States, is standardizing on the latest Nellcor(R) pulse oximetry and temperature management technologies. This systemwide conversion, covering BJC's 13 hospitals and multiple healthcare facilities, allows BJC HealthCare to receive considerable cost-saving discounts on the new Nellcor OxiMax(TM) Pulse Oximetry System and on the Warmflo(R) FW-538 Fluid Warming System.

BJC HealthCare is one of the first healthcare organizations in the country to convert to the OxiMax Pulse Oximetry System, which offers Nellcor's latest pulse oximetry technology.
