SKECHERS USA, Inc. (NYSE:SKX), a global leader in lifestyle footwear, announced that a second Japanese retail store opened in early March. The new Osaka outlet store, opened under a retail license agreement with distribution partner Achilles Corporation, follows on the heels of the December 2001 opening of the SKECHERS concept store in Tokyo.
