Re-purchased from Teligent in January 2002 by an investor group put together by former and once-again Chairman/CEO Graham Sampson, the New Jersey-based company is debt free and profitable, with a loyal customer base and an expansive corporate agenda that includes multiple product introductions and infrastructure enhancements.
