Since its inception, the CFE designation conferred by the Institute of Certified Franchise Executives (ICFE) has achieved increasing recognition as a mark of excellence among franchise professionals. Through a series of seminars, conferences and other ICFE-sponsored programs, CFE candidates combine education and experience to earn credits leading to the CFE designation, indicating their expertise as well as their commitment to continuing education and career development in franchising.
