The stage has been set for what should be the final conflict in the battle over Circuit Judge Mary Seminara Schostok's position on the March 19 primary ballot.

The Illinois Supreme Court has agreed to hear arguments March 12 over an objection filed by the wife of Schostok's opponent in the Republican primary, attorney Robert Morton, that her nominating petitions violate state law.
