DALLAS -- AirSecure LLC, a joint venture between Airtech International Group, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: AIRG) ( www.airtechgroup.com ) and BioSecure Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: BSUR) ( www.BioSecurecorp.com ), today announced that it has delivered its recommendations to the Office of Homeland Security. In connection with its recommendations, Airtech said it will also be effecting some internal restructuring, including the relocation of its principal office to California.
