In its 150th year, Beech Brook in Pepper Pike is looking to expand its endowment while improving and expanding its mental health programming.

The center, originally known as the Cleveland Orphan Asylum when it opened in 1852, this year will lay the groundwork for a future capital campaign by building relationships with potential donors, said Nancy Kortemeyer, public relations director.
