Article Excerpt ARMONK, N.Y. -- SEMX Corporation , (the "Corporation"), announced that, effective March 1, it completed the sale of the business and assets of its Providence, RI based subsidiary, American Silicon Products, Inc. ("ASP - US") to Exsil, Inc., a subsidiary of Rockwood Specialties, Inc. This completes the transaction that was announced in December 2001.
