Emblaze Systems (LSE: BLZ) together with Polar Investments Ltd. and Leader Holdings and Investments Ltd, are delighted to announce that their joint venture, AlphaCell, a designer of advanced wireless multimedia devices, has signed a purchasing and distribution agreement with UK's Carphone Warehouse Group PLC for AlphaCell's design-based next generation smart-phones.

Carphone Warehouse, the largest independent retailer of mobile communications in Europe with presence in 12 countries and over 1050 stores, will purchase and distribute in Europe, mobile phones designed by AlphaCell. The devices will feature advanced capabilities including MMS, video streaming & download, video messaging, MP3 playback, still image digital camera, personal information management, internet browsing and more.
