Ray Haugh thought the first time he got stiffed by a customer when they went out of business would be the last time. He was wrong.

Manufacturer S.K.I. Industries Inc. in Shelby Township has hired a workout company and closed its doors, leaving Haugh unpaid.

"This is the second time someone's gotten me in the last three years,'' he said. "This time it's only $17,000 instead of $53,000.''
