Topped off by the acquisition of a 15-building portfolio of R&D buildings in Sorrento Mesa, The Shidler Group has completed a 90-day whirlwind of purchase and sales activity. Totaling more than $340 million in transactions, the purchases include more than 1 million square feet of office, R&D and hotel properties.
"We have been repositioning our assets for the last year," said Matt Root, a partner in The Shidler Group. "While financing remains at historically low levels and markets continue to change, you can't sit still."
