The region's "brain drain'' may not be as dramatic as some have thought - though it doesn't mean young and talented singles are flocking to Northeast Ohio, either.

According to a recent report from the U.S. Census Bureau, the seven-county region consisting of Cuyahoga and the contiguous counties saw a net migration rate of -15.8 among singles ages 25 to 34 with at least a bachelor's degree.
