First National Power Corp. Fox Island, Wash, symbol FNPR (formerly Capstone International Corporation (BULLETIN BOARD: CSNI) has reached an agreement in principle to acquire exclusive trademarked technology, development and marketing rights for the Vertical Wind Turbine, WindCrank(TM), from Vertical Wind Turbine Technologies LLC a privately held Hawaiian company with research and development facilities in Paris, Texas.

First National has also an option to acquire the patents and assets of Vertical Wind Turbine LLC.
