Sonex Research, Inc., (OTC BB: SONX), Annapolis, Md., has announced the receipt of a report by Ricardo Consulting Engineers Ltd of Shoreham, England, that confirms the soot reduction capability of the Sonex Combustion System (SCS) in a truck diesel engine.

Ricardo is one the world's leading engine engineering and powertrain consulting firms to the automotive industry.

Earlier this year Sonex had announced the start of a test program by one of the world's leading independent engine R&D and testing firms to evaluate the SCS "Low Soot" design in a turbo-charged and intercooled six-cylinder, direct injected diesel engine used in medium-duty trucks.
