What the Symbols Mean
A An audition is required for admission. Some programs will accept videos (VID.) from students who cannot attend the audition; others require a letter of recommendation (REC.) from a teacher. Auditions are usually held prior to application deadlines listed here, so inquire immediately about audition schedules. Watch for DANCE MAGAZINE's special Guide to Auditions in February.
