I've been out of the competition business for a few months now, yet I'm receiving more requests and resumes from those seeking a judging position than ever before. As we experience a boom in the dance-competition industry, there's also an explosion in the number of those who believe they can adjudicate these events. Some can, but certainly not all who think they can are truly qualified.
