Jillian Harmon, a 6-foot-1 junior, scored 25 points and three teammates scored in double figures to lead the Lakeridge girls basketball team to a 73-55 victory over Thurston in the championship game of the Farwest Shootout at South Eugene High School on Tuesday.

The Pacers jumped out to a 23-8 edge after the first period and maintained a double-digit lead for the rest of the contest. Kirah Aldinger-Gibson added 11 points for Lakeridge, while Brittany and Paige Hallberg each had 10.

Katy Campbell led the Colts with 13 points, followed by Jessica Cardwell with 12 and Amber Rogers with 10.

In the third-place game, South Eugene used a 24-3 run in the middle periods to secure a 55-36 victory over North Salem. The Axemen shot 51 percent from the field (24-of-47), while the Vikings made just 9-of-22 from the line.
