Triton American Energy Corporation (Other OTC:TRAE.PK) is in final negotiations for 18 oil wells on a 1,020-acre tract of the Humble Oil Field. Based on an independent engineering report, there is an estimated 15,000,000 barrels of oil in place on the leases of which at least 5,000,000 barrels of oil can be economically recovered. At $30.00 per barrel, this would equate to a gross value (after royalties) of $110,250,000.
