TRW Automotive Holdings Corp. is the United Auto Workers' next auto supplier target for an agreement that would allow the union to organize plants without opposition.

The union has been successful reaching the so-called "neutrality agreements'' with Johnson Controls Inc., Metaldyne Corp., Dana Corp. and Magna International Inc. over the past two years.
