NEW YORK -- Hotel Outsource Management International, Inc. (OTCBB:HOUM.OB) ("HOMI", or the "Company"), has announced that it has signed an agreement for the installation of Computerized Minibar systems and Outsource Operation with The Chelsea Wyndham Hotel, in New York City.

The Chelsea Wyndham "Fashion26" Hotel is a newly opened upscale hotel located in Manhattan's trendy Chelsea neighborhood. HOMI will install 280 HOMI ([R])330 Computerized Minibars during December 2009.
