McAfee's Solution to Help Drive Continued Deployment of DISA's Award Winning Host Based Security System (HBSS)

SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- McAfee, Inc. (NYSE:MFE) announced today a $9.7 million services agreement with Northrop Grumman Information Systems for fielding and deployment of the Host Based Security System (HBSS), an extensive security solution for the Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet).

The HBSS 3.0 task order was awarded to Northrop Grumman Corporation via the Air Force Network-Centric Solutions (NETCENTS) contract. Northrop Grumman Information Systems is the prime contractor and holder of the NETCENTS contract with the US Air Force Combat Information Transport System (CITS) Program Management Office.
