A native of Westchester, Greenspan delved into the commercial real estate business from the get-go; after being introduced to a broker in the business, he joined the Kaufman Organization in 1986. Serving a 15-block span in the Garment District, he quickly crafted a neighborhood niche where he continues to close a number of deals today.
