LUXEMBOURG, Oct. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Alternative Petroleum Technologies S. A. ("APT") announced today it has executed a joint venture agreement with Navipac S.A., one of the largest maritime fuel providers and marine transporters of petroleum products on the West Coast of South America. The joint venture agreement covers Ecuador and other countries in the Region.

Navipac recently completed a year-long evaluation of the APT Technology that included testing in Navipac's stationary power generation and marine engines.
