Italy: BNP Paribas Personal Finance of France, a unit of BNP Paribas SA, has agreed to raise its interest to 75% from 50% by acquiring a 25% stake in Findomestic Banca SpA, a Firenze-based provider of consumer credit services, from Banca CR Firenze SpA, a unit of Intesa Sanpaolo SpA, for 500m [euro] (US$719.839m).
