TORRANCE, Calif. -- Rapiscan Systems, Inc., a leading provider of security screening solutions, today announced that it has received an order from the U.S. Transportation Security Administration valued at approximately $25 million for multiple units of its Secure 1000 Single Pose advanced checkpoint security screening solution. The order is the first to be placed under the terms of Rapiscan's recently awarded, $173M Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract from the U.S. Transportation Security Administration for Advanced Imaging Technology (AIT) solutions.
