Two global leaders in highly advanced antenna technology - Harris Corporation (NYSE:HRS) and General Dynamics SATCOM Technologies - have teamed to pursue a 10-year program for the ground antennas that will support the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellite -- R (GOES-R). Harris, an international communications and information technology company, is the prime contractor on the team.
