(Pink Sheets: BCLE) (www.bio-cleanintl.com) announced today that its affiliated entities, American Bio-Clean Corporation (www.americanbioclean.com), and American Construction Services, Inc., (www.americanconstructionservices.net) have entered into a joint venture consulting agreement with ACS One, Inc., already resulting in over $20 million in contract bids.
