HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. -- Bio-Clean International, Inc. (Pink Sheets: BCLE) (www.bio-cleanintl.com) announced today that its affiliated entities, American Bio-Clean Corporation (www.americanbioclean.com), and American Construction Services, Inc., (www.americanconstructionservices.net) have entered into a joint venture consulting agreement with ACS One, Inc., already resulting in over $20 million in contract bids.

John P. Finn, President of American Bio-Clean, and American Construction Services, stated, "ACS One, Inc., is a construction sales organization with an experienced staff with over twenty years experience in a wide variety of construction projects.
