Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P. ("Cheniere Partners") (NYSE Amex:CQP) reported net income of $42.0 million, or $0.26 per limited partner unit (basic and diluted), for the second quarter of 2009 compared to a net loss of $24.5 million, or $0.15 per limited partner unit (basic and diluted), for the corresponding period in 2008.
