Three homestands remain in the Emeralds' season, and almost certainly in Civic Stadium's tenure as a minor-league ballpark.

Officials from the Emeralds and the University of Oregon said Tuesday that the two sides are nearing a contract that would move the Ems into UO's PK Park next summer.

"What we're waiting for now is just to get all the T's crossed and I's dotted," Emeralds president and general manager Bob Beban said.
