SpongeTech(R)'s Children's Bath Sponge Commercial Airing on Cable and Satellite Networks Nationally!

NEW YORK, Aug 11, 2009 -- SpongeTech(R) Delivery Systems, Inc. ("SpongeTech") "The Smarter Sponge(TM)", (OTCBB: SPNG) is pleased to announced that the Company has launched its new TV commercial highlighting SpongeTech's "easy-to-use" bath sponges for children. The commercial will run nationally on a variety of cable and satellite channels including NICK, USA, TLC, USA, TNT, LIFE, TBS and HGTV Channel.

"As we near the end of the summer season, families will now begin focusing on the 'back to school' shopping.
