PHOENIX -- Apollo Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:APOL) ("Apollo Group" "Apollo" or "the Company") today announced that its majority-owned subsidiary Apollo Global, Inc. has completed the previously announced acquisition of UK-based BPP Holdings plc (LSE:BPP) ("BPP").
