Article Excerpt SabCo, Inc., is a Palm Beach Gardens, Florida based environmental firm, which is directed by Ronald G. Huggins, MS, MPH, Ph.D., CIH, CIAQP. Dr. Huggins, in collaboration with Carl M. Sabatello, and Paul T. Sabatello, have developed a specifically unique process, referred to as the RISS System(TM) (see also SabCo, Inc.).
The RISS System(TM) is effective in removing sulfur based contaminants at or below the analytical instrument detection limits (ppb to ppt), and in many cases below the odor threshold, since several of these compounds have an odor threshold below their analytical detection limit.
