Trim and fit, PGA Champions Tour golfer Wayne Levi does not drink or smoke. His cholesterol and blood pressure numbers are good. He puts in countless miles every week walking golf courses across the country.

So the 57-year-old chalked up the uncomfortable tingle in his midsection this spring to a bout of digestive unease.

But when it lingered for a month, he decided to get it checked out.

The news was stunning: Levi had suffered a heart attack and would need double-bypass surgery.

"I couldn't believe what had happened," said Levi, the 2003 3M champ who this week in Blaine is competing for the second time since his April 4 surgery....
