Please take notice that on April 1, 2009 Yale H. Smulyan, Settlor of YALE H. AND SYLVIA L. SMULYAN TRUST dates August 11, 2008 passed away.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the creditors end contingent creditors of YALE H. SMULYAN, deceased, that all persons having claims against the decedent, Yale H. Smulyen, are required to file them with the San Diego Superior Court at 1409 Fourth Avenue, San Diego, California 92101 and to mail a copy to Sylvia H. Smulyen, Trustee of The YALE H. AND SYLVIA L. SMULYAN TRUST dated August 11, 2008, addressed to Sylvia L. Smulyen, c/o Duene J. Perry, Esq.1 Post Street, Suite 2750 in San Francisco, California 94104 withing the later of four (4) months after the date of the frist publication of this Notice to Creditors or, 60 days after the date this notice is mail to you or, in the case of personal delivery, 60 days after this notice was delivered to you, as provided in Section 19100 of the California Probate Code, or you must petition to file a late claim as provided in Section 19103 of the California Probate Code. Failure to file a claim with the court end serve a copy of the claim on the trustees will, in most instances, invalidate you claim. A claim form may be obtained from the court clerk, For your protection, you are encouraged to file your claim by certified mail, with return receipt requested.
