ARLINGTON, Va. -- Aria International Holdings, Inc., through its wholly-owned subsidiary Aria International Incorporated, a Nevada corporation ("Aria International") (OTC BB: ARAH), focused on providing specialized surveillance and communications solutions to a global customer base is pleased to announce today that it has signed an agreement with Worldwide Aeros Corp. ("Aeros") a Delaware corporation based in Montebello, California the world leading lighter-than-air, FAA-certified aircraft manufacturing company, that designs and manufactures buoyancy assisted aerial platforms used for surveillance, advertising broadcasting and travel as well as a new type of variable buoyancy aircraft - the Aeroscraft - for cargo transportation.
