LEINSTER have not needed to go looking for many positives over the last couple of weeks as they abound a plenty.

Having revived their concise brand of cavalier rugby, it has delivered a Heineken Cup final and a big victory over their closest rivals while it has brought a lot of Leinster fans out of hiding. But an even bigger plus is the emergence of the young players to challenge the star names on the team sheet.

'Cheika's Chislers' may not be Leinster's answer to the Busby Babes just yet, but there is a core of six players of 23 years or younger who will be the backbone of Leinster for the next decade -- and four of them look custom made for Ireland's green jersey.

First there is the thunderous Sean O'Brien who's presence is pushing Shane Jennings to play out of his skin, and Devon Toner doing likewise to the evergreen Mal O'Kelly.
