Dearborn-based Auto Club Insurance Association has completed its planned acquisition of Auburn Hills-based MEEMIC Insurance Co. and its insurance agency affiliate, MEEMIC Insurance Services Corp. Terms were not disclosed. Steven Monahan has been appointed CEO of MEEMIC, which will become a subsidiary of the Auto Club Insurance Association.

Anthony Buscemi has acquired Talk Motion, a California-based Internet phone service provider that provides unlimited local and long-distance phone service over a high-speed Internet connection. All customer service and support will be moved to Fraser. For information, visit talkmotion. com.
