Grosse Pointe-based 3B.I.C. L.L.C. has acquired the assets of Grosse Pointe-based Home Care Assistance of Michigan. Home Care Assistance, which offers both hourly and live-in home health care, also has operations in Birmingham and Troy.

Archetype Joint L.L.C., Orion Township, an independent joint design and testing firm, has selected Troy-based Bianchi Public Relations Inc. as its public-relations agency of record.
