REPRODUCTIVE AND SEXUAL HEALTH RIGHTS PROJECT BASELINE SURVEY ADMINISTERED FOR QUANTITATIVE RESEARCH

Participation in this survey is purely voluntary. But we hope that you will answer all the questions below. The answers to this illustrative survey will be used to track progress in the implementation of the various national and international instruments regarding women's reproductive and sexual health rights in Rwanda.

The purpose is to develop strategies for enhancing Rwandan women's capacity to negotiate for, act and advocate around reproductive and sexual rights on their own behalf and within Rwanda's customary and religious context.

Some of the questions are personal, but necessary in order to get useful information. Your answers will be completely confidential and your name will not be written anywhere on the questionnaire or in the report. Please make every effort to answer each question as honestly as possible. Answer by circling or writing the appropriate response.
