Article Excerpt Married people are entitled to privacy even in a shared marital home, the Iowa Supreme Court has held in a decision upholding a damages award to a woman who said her husband used hidden cameras to secretly videotape her in their bedroom. In affirming the trial and appellate rulings, the state's highest court found that the husband's conduct was a clear example of "intrusion upon seclusion." (In re Marriage of Tigges, 758 N.W.2d 824 (Iowa 2008).)
