PLANO, Texas -- CareView Communications, Inc. ("CareView" or the "Company") (Pink Sheets:CRVW), an information technology provider to the healthcare industry, announced today the execution of an agreement with St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center ("St. Joseph's"), a major academic tertiary care medical center and state-designated trauma center located in Paterson, New Jersey. Under the agreement, St. Joseph's engaged CareView to provide the CareView System[TM] in its patient rooms as well as additional areas throughout the Regional Medical Center.
