Naperville Park District voters will choose from among eight candidates to fill four, 4-year seats on the park board in the April 7 election.

The field of candidates includes incumbents Suzanne Hart and Gerry Heide, and challengers Tim Belgio, Jim Ensign, Richard Janor, John Polich, Mike Reilly and Kirsten Young.

Belgio announced Friday hes dropping out of the race but his name still will appear on the ballot.

Incumbent Andrew Schaffner is the lone candidate for one 2-year seat.

Q. What is the most important issue facing Naperville Park District and how specifically would you address it?
