ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. -- AccessKey IP, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AKYI), the developer, designer and producer of advanced entertainment and communication devices, announced today that as a result of its recent transaction with Physicians Healthcare Management Group, Inc. (Phyhealth) (Pink Sheets:PHYH), a developer of HMOs in partnership with physicians, new opportunities for its TeknoVault product will open in the healthcare industry.
Under the terms of the transaction, Phyhealth has provided funding for inventory and the launch of the TeknoVault(tm), a patented encryption device for personal computers. TeknoVault(tm) enables the encryption of data on a personal computer's hard drive and provides anti-theft protection for the PC itself. With a standard USB connection, a PC user can employ the TeknoVault device to completely disable the PC preventing the disclosure of selected data on the computer. In addition, two or more TeknoVault users can exchange fully encrypted secure emails.
